Rose and Lyla, beside the River Serein
Rose and Lyla are the houses we host today: two restored homes at the edge of Chablis, each taking one guest party at a time. Rose sleeps four comfortably, five at a push, around a private courtyard and Nordic hot tub. Lyla is made for two, with a walled patio and a small pool of its own. Iris, the largest house, will take six guests across three levels and open for booking once restoration is complete.
All three houses sit side by side in Chablis, steps from the same river walks, wineries, and village life.

Six guests, three levels, and an attic made for lingering
Iris will be our largest stay: one private group of up to six, a few doors from Rose and Lyla on the same quiet quay in Chablis. Booking will open once the last rooms are ready.
