Six guests, three levels, and an attic made for lingering
Three levels for up to six guests: a full kitchen, living room, and communal lounge downstairs; bedrooms and two bathrooms on the middle floor; and an attic with a bed and bath on one side and a lounge for film nights on the other. The same care we bring to Rose and Lyla — opening when it feels truly ready.

Iris will be our largest stay: one private group of up to six, a few doors from Rose and Lyla on the same quiet quay in Chablis. Booking will open once the last rooms are ready.
Iris sits beside Rose and Lyla at the edge of Chablis village — the same river walks, bakeries, and Grand Cru paths a few minutes on foot.
Planning for more than six? Iris and Lyla are neighbours, so two houses can be reserved together for a larger group while each stay stays entirely private. If your dates are sooner, Rose and Lyla are open for direct booking now.
