The space

Living Room

Our bright and spacious living room with AC can entertain your whole group with a 50" Samsung Frame TV with Netflix, a large library of books and a variety of board games, a comfy couch that transforms into an additional sleeping area with a high-quality queen-sized mattress (Kipli, 160cm x 200cm), a record player with records and Bluetooth speaker, as well as Fiber Internet/WiFi.

Kitchen/Dining Room

A fully-equipped kitchen is provided for those that love to cook.
Featuring an electric range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moccamaster coffee machine, artisanal coffee and tea, sparkling water maker, and a variety of cookware, dishware, and a small convenience pantry.
A range of sustainable cleaning products are provided.

Laundry

For your convenience, we offer a mid-size washing machine and dryer, as well as ecological laundry detergent.

Bedroom (upstairs)

A spacious bedroom offers a Kipli king-sized bed (180cm x 200 cm), premium bedding, dresser, convenient clothes rack, and bedside Bluetooth speaker with white noise and wireless phone charging.

Bathrooms (one on each floor)

Our two bathrooms have glass-enclosed showers, towel heaters, premium cotton towels and bathrobes, and chemical-free, vegan body care products.

Lounge

At the top floor, you can unwind on a lounge/bed or floating chair, practice yoga with 4 included yoga mats, or stay connected with a dedicated workstation: desk, printer, and chair.
This space also has an air conditioning unit.

Outdoors

Take advantage of our furnished patio that includes a table with 4 chairs, electric plancha with table, lounge chair, and patio umbrella.
New : Maisons Vaudésir offers a Nordic-style outdoor hot tub for 2 - the only one in Chablis!

The Hot Tub

It is available all year round!
Please note: It is only prepared for guests when the terms are signed and return to us ahead of guest arrival.
The water temperature can range from 25°c to 40°c, set to your preference/depending on external conditions.
For health reasons, it cannot be heated above 40°C.
During the summer it can be used as a cool plunge for the hot days.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house.
Only the cellar remains a private space and will not be accessible.

Other things to note

A folding bed, a high chair, and an additional bathtub for infants can be made available on request when booking.
If needed, please let us know if you require a safety barrier at the bottom of the stairs.
**Linens for the folding bed are not provided.**

A private massage therapist @lebienetreselonmaud can be arranged for you upon request made in advance (add-on); massages can be enjoyed at Maisons Vaudésir.

For our pet lovers: we must respect the allergies of future guests and cannot allow pets at Maisons Vaudésir.

The property is also non-smoking.
